Give Hermes a phone: connect Telegram

Your AgentCraft sandbox isn't a simulation. It's a Docker container running a literal Hermes agent with a live model key. Which means you can do what NetworkChuck does in his videos: connect it to a messenger and talk to your agent from your phone.

We'll use Telegram — it has the friendliest bot system. (WhatsApp works too, but needs Business API access; Telegram takes 2 minutes.)
